Who’s everybody’s favorite mischievous, fun-loving fairy?  Disney’s Tinker Bell, of course, and back in October of 2008 Disney released a new game for your DS called Tinker Bell.  In this very engaging and entertaining game, you are able to fly around Pixie Hollow as Tinker Bell while completing tasks and helping the Ministers of the various seasons to get ready for their individual season.

You can receive tasks from your fairy friends as well while you’re flying through Pixie Hollow.  They may ask you to repair things for them or even sometimes to find things for them.  Then once you’ve completed their tasks for them, you return to that particular fairy, and you'll receive payment from them for a job well done.  That is only if you return the item to them in time.  You only have a certain amount of time to complete each task.

There are also a number of different mini games you can play as well while you’re flying through Pixie Hollow, such as “painting ladybugs”, “collecting dewdrops”, or “tickling silkworms”.  I just wanted to give you fair warning that this can be a very addictive game because as you progress through the game you will get better at your tasks, and this allows you to earn even bigger rewards for them along with the added bonus of being able to make more extravagant accessories.

In this game you get to design your very own clothes and accessories for Tinker Bell and her friends. Once you’ve reached a certain level as a “Tinker”, you’ll receive an extra shelf that will be placed in your workshop where you will be able to display the extra accessories you’ve made.  Then the other fairies in Pixie Hollow are allowed to purchase these items from you, and in return they’ll leave you a variety of different items as payment.
