When was the last time you took time to just sit and smell the flowers?  Or did something just for the shear pleasure of it?  Most people these days are so wrapped up in the mundane things in life that they fail to take pleasure in what life has to offer.  Your life would be less stressful if you just took a little time out of your busy schedule to do something you enjoy doing.  For each individual those guilty pleasures are different.  As for me, I find great pleasure in playing video games with my daughter or just taking time out to read a good book together.  Right now she’s reading “Breaking Dawn” while I’m reading “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”.
