Let’s get back to Disney’s ToonTown…To start off with ToonTown is made up of several different areas your character can visit starting off with Toontown Central. Toontown Central is where you start off at for your first task, and as you progress in the game you’ll want to venture further out where the cog levels are higher and the rewards for completing those tasks are higher. The names of the other areas are Daisy Gardens along with Sellbot Headquarters, Minnie’ Melodyland, Donald’s Dock along with Bossbot Headquarters’ and Chip ‘n Dale’s Acorn Acres, The Brrrgh along with Lawbot Headquarters’, and last but no least there’s Donald’s Dreamland with Cashbot Headquarters’. Then inside each of these areas you have your own playground, with three different streets branching off the playground.
It’s on the individual streets that you’ll need to go to fight the cogs and to rescue buildings from the cogs. Fighting the cogs and rescuing buildings is how you gain experience in your gag training, so you can achieve higher gags. Completing tasks is what helps you to earn your gags when you initially start out, so you’ll have to decide which gag track you want to start with. When you first start out they give you two gag tracks to show you how it works, and these gags are pies and water. From there on out it’s up to you to decide what you want to do next. The ToonUp Gag is always a good one to start off with so that you can toon up your friends in battle, but the ultimate decision is yours. There are also other gag tracks that will affect all the cogs you’re fighting at one time such as lure or sound. Here’s the website you’ll need to go to get started; www.toontown.com. Disney’s ToonTown is free for a trial period, but if you want access to everything ToonTown has to offer you’ll need to pay for it. The best offer is the yearly rate, but it you’re not sure you’re going to like it try the month to month rate.
